How do I join Fathom?
To join Fathom, visit our Pricing Page and sign up for either a Nexus or Apex membership. Nexus gives you access to all of Fathom's concepts, pathways, and community features. Apex includes everything in Nexus plus advanced features like Aidan+ coaching sessions, Masterminds, and extra Dashboard features.
What happens after I sign up?
Once you've chosen your membership, you can access Fathom services immediately. Click the "Member Home" button at the top of the site or go directly to Member Home by typing "fathom.vip" into your browser.
What can I find on the Member Home page?
The Member Home page includes information about your visit streak, journaling activities, and sections for Concepts, Coaching, and Community. You can also enter a personal mission statement, track Forces and Principles progress, and start using tools by clicking the blue arrows next to them.
How do I get started with Pathways?
Click the "Pathways" button on the Member Home page to access the four learning paths: Presence, Purpose, Perspective, and Pursuit. If you're unsure where to begin, use the Fathom Pathfinder to find the best path for you. Each path module shows your progress and allows direct navigation to each component.
How do I use the Dashboard?
The Dashboard provides access to key tools like the Forces Journal, Tracker, and Vision Board (for Apex members). Toggle switches let you choose which elements are visible when the Dashboard loads. Save your preferences, and the Dashboard will remember them for future visits.

What is Aidan+?
Aidan+ is part of the Apex membership and offers 24/7 virtual coaching sessions with Aidan, Fathom's AI-powered coach. Toggle the switches for topics you'd like to discuss, then click "Get Started" to send Aidan your questions. You'll receive impartial advice, instant insights, and personalised guidance.
What are Masterminds?
Masterminds are group coaching calls available to Apex members. These video calls are facilitated by one of Fathom’s professional coaches and provide an opportunity to engage with other Fathom members on various topics.
What if I can't make a Masterminds call?
If you can no longer attend a call, then cancel your booking in the account section of the site. Use the dropdown member menu at the top of any page to navigate to the My Bookings section and cancel your booking.
Community Features
What are Fathom Groups and Forum?
Fathom Groups allow you to connect with like-minded individuals and participate in discussions on Fathom topics. The Forum offers detailed conversations on personal development concepts and experiences. Both features are designed to foster a supportive community environment.

Is the Fathom platform still in beta?
Yes, Fathom is currently in beta, which means you might encounter some bugs and issues. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve the platform.
Why are page load times long?
Page load times may be longer if you are using an older or lower specification device. If data doesn't load correctly, try refreshing the page.
What should I do if I experience issues?
If you're experiencing issues, check the Tips & Troubleshooting Group for information and solutions. You can also highlight any issues you're facing so the admins can address them.
How do I contact Fathom for help with my account?

How do I reset my password?
Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
How can I update my profile information?
Navigate to your Dashboard and click on "Profile Settings" to update your information. Make the necessary changes and save your updates.
How do I change my subscription?
If you'd like to change or cancel your subscription, visit the My Subscriptions secton and cance your existing subscription. You can then signup for a different subscription plan at any time.
